In December 2014 we sent our first beef carcasses to the Bauer Butcher and have continued to do so consistently. If you are looking to sample our beef, or if buying in bulk is not for you, the Bauer Butcher is an excellent option. The staff at the Bauer are friendly and will help you choose the best cut.
